"I want to personally thank Jordan for all his assistance. I appreciate the initial text to introduce himself. We went over quotes to cover the 3 vehicles in my family. State Farm saved us money on our vehicles and my mortgage insurance. He followed up to make sure if I received my package. I spoke to other employees and they were pleasant. Before my mother passed, she had state Farm for both Auto and home. When she passed, we didn't have any problem receiving a refund for her homeowner insurance. I thanked them for everything."
